AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS

AMDs AMD’s Ryzen 7 8845HS from the Hawk Point series is a top performer. Its 8 fully-fledged CPU cores and 16 threads, based on the modern Zen 4 architecture, impress with very high single and multi-threaded performance while maintaining outstanding efficiency. Despite its thin design, the XMG EVO 15 can exploit the processor’s full potential, achieving a sustained performance of up to 60 watts. The CPU also features a fast NPU (Neural Processing Unit), which significantly accelerates locally executed AI calculations across a wide range of software.

AMD Radeon 780M

AMDs AMD’s Radeon 780M is currently one of the fastest integrated graphics solutions, impressing with its high efficiency and low energy consumption. Based on the modern RDNA 3 architecture, this chip delivers ample performance for all multimedia applications, GPU acceleration in content creation software, and even entry-level gaming with decent FPS values. 120 Hz and VRR

The 120 Hz fast panel impresses with its smooth performance. A variable refresh rate (VRR), which eliminates screen tearing and stuttering, ensures perfect playback. Depending on the CPU version, the XMG EVO 14 relies on AMD FreeSync (with AMD CPU) or Adaptive Sync (with Intel CPU). The refresh rate can optionally be set to 60 Hz – so you can achieve even better runtimes when it counts.

Security & Privacy included

Advanced security features are an integral part of the XMG EVO 14. These include Secure Boot, SSD hardware encryption, and a Full HD webcam with infrared support for biometric Windows Hello logins. Additionally, a Kensington NanoSaver lock is included to deter theft at the point of use. For enhanced security, it utilises tamper-resistant TPM 2.0 to manage cryptographic keys for software-based drive encryption with Bitlocker. A physical privacy shutter allows you to cover the webcam when not in use.
