Alongside the 12-core Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, customers can choose the 10-core Ryzen AI 9 365 or the 8-core Ryzen AI 7 350. Each processor can be combined with a GeForce RTX 5070 or RTX 5060, both configured for up to 115 watts graphics power including 15 watts Dynamic Boost.<\/p>\n\n<p>At just 1.95 kg and 342 \u00d7 237 \u00d7 22 mm, the aluminium chassis of the CORE 15 is particularly slim and compact. The 16-inch CORE 16 weighs 2.1 kg and measures 357 \u00d7 254 \u00d7 23 mm, remaining light for its size and material. Two fans (70 mm in the CORE 15; 84 mm and 70 mm in the CORE 16) draw in fresh air from the underside and across the keyboard area. Fan curves and other system parameters can also be customised beyond the predefined performance profiles.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"300-hz-displays-with-high-colour-gamut-coverage-and-up-to-128-gb-ddr5-ram\"><\/span>300 Hz Displays with High Colour Gamut Coverage and up to 128 GB DDR5 RAM<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Both the 15.3-inch and 16-inch IPS displays offer a resolution of 2,560 \u00d7 1,600 pixels, a 300 Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of brightness. Two M.2 SSD slots, connected via PCI Express 4.0 and fitted with additional thermal pads, allow for a total storage capacity of up to 16 TB.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"extensive-rear-port-layout\"><\/span>Extensive Rear-Port Layout<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Connectivity is largely identical between the XMG CORE 15 and CORE 16, with one exception: the smaller 15.3-inch model provides two HDMI 2.1 ports on the back instead of one. The rear side also houses a DP40-compatible Mini DisplayPort 2.1, a Thunderbolt-compatible USB4 port with DP40-capable DisplayPort 2.1 and 140 watts of Power Delivery (20 V, 7 A), plus the dedicated power supply connection.<\/p>\n\n<p>Additional ports on the sides of the laptops include a USB-C 3.2 Gen2 with DisplayPort 1.4 and 100 watts of Power Delivery, three USB-A 3.2 Gen1, Gigabit LAN, a 2-in-1 audio jack for headset and microphone, and a fast SD Express-compatible card reader for full-size SD cards. On both models, the Mini DisplayPort and one HDMI port (48 Gbps) are connected to the dedicated NVIDIA GPU, while the two USB-C ports with DisplayPort output \u2013 and on the CORE 15, the second HDMI port with 32 Gbps \u2013 are connected to the energy-efficient iGPU of the AMD processor.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"rbg-keyboard-with-nkro-and-glass-like-mylar-touchpad\"><\/span>RBG Keyboard with NKRO and Glass-Like Mylar Touchpad<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>The keyboard on both laptops is identical to the one used in the NEO 16 and PRO 16. In the particularly compact chassis of the CORE 15, it is implemented as an edge-to-edge design. Both CORE models feature N-key rollover, anti-ghosting, RGB per-key backlighting, a full-size numeric keypad, and offset full-size arrow keys. The glass-like Mylar touchpads measure 123 \u00d7 77.5 mm.
